Using ART as a doorway for talking about the hard stuff

Go Explore

How can we develop our capacity for talking about what’s hard in life when we naturally want to avoid the discomfort it causes?

We became curious about how the arts might help. So, we talked with artists to learn how their creative process in making art directly relates to helping them engage with some of life’s most tender topics. Then, we took what we learned and created exercises using those concepts to help you do the same.
